Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRR1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRR1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-586P, IGHVII-67-1, and HSPE1-MOB4. Each is linked with SPRR1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRR1B-to-partner and partner-to-SPRR1B results are reported.
