Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPRR1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,790 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPRR1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPRR1A, KRT16, and KRT6A. Each is linked with SPRR1B in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRR1B-to-partner and partner-to-SPRR1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPRR1B versus SPRR1A in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRR1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRR1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
