SPRR1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRR1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,483 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRR1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPRR1A_T11, SPRR1B, and SPRR3. Each is linked with SPRR1A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRR1A-to-partner and partner-to-SPRR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPRR1A versus SPRR1A_T11 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
