SPRR1A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRR1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,019 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PI3, GLCCI1, and ARHGEF4. Each is linked with SPRR1A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRR1A-to-partner and partner-to-SPRR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPRR1A versus PI3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
