SPRED2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRED2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,709 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRED2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPRY4_S125, CYBB, and SPRED2_S206. Each is linked with SPRED2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRED2-to-partner and partner-to-SPRED2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRED2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRED2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
