SPRED1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRED1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,617 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRED1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1S, CNN3, and FLNA. Each is linked with SPRED1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRED1-to-partner and partner-to-SPRED1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPRED1 versus C1S in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRED1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRED1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
