Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRED1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,902 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPRED1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C17orf75, LBR, and TMEM97. Each is linked with SPRED1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRED1-to-partner and partner-to-SPRED1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPRED1 versus C17orf75 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.69.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRED1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRED1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
