SPRED1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRED1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRED1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, ASNS, and ATM. Each is linked with SPRED1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRED1-to-partner and partner-to-SPRED1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by SPRED1-low versus SPRED1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRED1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRED1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
