SPRED1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPRED1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,885 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRED1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPRED2, ETV5, and UBR1. Each is linked with SPRED1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRED1-to-partner and partner-to-SPRED1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPRED1 versus SPRED2 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRED1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRED1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
