SPRED1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPRED1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRED1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C6orf118, GZMK, and OCM2. Each is linked with SPRED1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRED1-to-partner and partner-to-SPRED1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C6orf118 grouped by SPRED1-low versus SPRED1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRED1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRED1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
