SPPL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPPL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,031 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPPL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRSF9, WDR5, and SMC3. Each is linked with SPPL3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPPL3-to-partner and partner-to-SPPL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPPL3 versus SRSF9 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPPL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPPL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
