Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SPPL2B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SPPL2B data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher SPPL2B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPPL2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, KIRC, and UCEC are the cancer types where SPPL2B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
