SPPL2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPPL2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,859 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPPL2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBR1, USP8, and THNSL1. Each is linked with SPPL2A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPPL2A-to-partner and partner-to-SPPL2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPPL2A versus UBR1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPPL2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPPL2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
