Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPPL2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,396 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPPL2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC16A8, PAIP2B, and SRSF5. Each is linked with SPPL2A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPPL2A-to-partner and partner-to-SPPL2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPPL2A versus SLC16A8 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
