SPPL2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPPL2A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPPL2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, STAT3_pY705, and TSC1. Each is linked with SPPL2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPPL2A-to-partner and partner-to-SPPL2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD51 grouped by SPPL2A-low versus SPPL2A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPPL2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPPL2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
