SPP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,174 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AOC3, INMT, and LTBP2. Each is linked with SPP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPP2-to-partner and partner-to-SPP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPP2 versus AOC3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
