SPP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are N-Ras, Src, and Di-Ras3. Each is linked with SPP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPP2-to-partner and partner-to-SPP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, N-Ras grouped by SPP2-low versus SPP2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
