Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPOUT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 11,794 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPOUT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, ATRX, and TTN. Each is linked with SPOUT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPOUT1-to-partner and partner-to-SPOUT1 results are reported.
