SPOUT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPOUT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,643 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPOUT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZMYND19, SET, and REXO4. Each is linked with SPOUT1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPOUT1-to-partner and partner-to-SPOUT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPOUT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPOUT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
