SPOUT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPOUT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPOUT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C12orf40, NISCH, and PRDM7. Each is linked with SPOUT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPOUT1-to-partner and partner-to-SPOUT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPOUT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPOUT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
