SPOPL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPOPL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,809 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPOPL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATIC, BNIP1, and DDAH2. Each is linked with SPOPL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPOPL-to-partner and partner-to-SPOPL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPOPL versus ATIC in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPOPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPOPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
