Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPOPL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPOPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1173. Each is linked with SPOPL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPOPL-to-partner and partner-to-SPOPL results are reported.
