SPOP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPOP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPOP-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, Gab2, and JNK2. Each is linked with SPOP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPOP-to-partner and partner-to-SPOP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by SPOP-low versus SPOP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPOP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPOP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
