Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPOP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,785 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPOP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Heterochromatin formation, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, and Negative regulation of beige fat cell differentiation. Each is linked with SPOP in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPOP-to-partner and partner-to-SPOP results are reported.
