SPON2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPON2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,565 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPON2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAI14, CNN2, and COL3A1. Each is linked with SPON2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPON2-to-partner and partner-to-SPON2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPON2 versus RAI14 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPON2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPON2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
