SPON2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPON2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 280 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPON2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LDHAL6DP, OR8H2, and OR5D17P. Each is linked with SPON2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPON2-to-partner and partner-to-SPON2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LDHAL6DP grouped by SPON2-low versus SPON2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPON2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPON2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
