Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPON2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,799 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPON2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Regulation of hydrolase activity, and Actin filament depolymerization. Each is linked with SPON2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPON2-to-partner and partner-to-SPON2 results are reported.
