SPOCK3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPOCK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,167 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPOCK3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRMP1, LMOD1, and DNM1. Each is linked with SPOCK3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPOCK3-to-partner and partner-to-SPOCK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPOCK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPOCK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
