SPOCK3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPOCK3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,538 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPOCK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIK3IP1, CRYBB1, and SOX10. Each is linked with SPOCK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPOCK3-to-partner and partner-to-SPOCK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPOCK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPOCK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
