SPOCK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPOCK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,826 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPOCK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GIMAP4, DOCK10, and GIMAP7. Each is linked with SPOCK2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPOCK2-to-partner and partner-to-SPOCK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPOCK2 versus GIMAP4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPOCK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPOCK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
