SPOCK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPOCK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,488 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPOCK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-982P, PI4K2A, and SUPV3L1. Each is linked with SPOCK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPOCK2-to-partner and partner-to-SPOCK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-982P grouped by SPOCK2-low versus SPOCK2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPOCK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPOCK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
