SPOCD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPOCD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,070 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPOCD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FN1, ITGA5, and RCN3. Each is linked with SPOCD1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPOCD1-to-partner and partner-to-SPOCD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPOCD1 versus FN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPOCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPOCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
