Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPOCD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,749 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPOCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCN, CENPC, and ARHGEF40. Each is linked with SPOCD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPOCD1-to-partner and partner-to-SPOCD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPOCD1 versus IQCN in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPOCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPOCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
