SPOCD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPOCD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,784 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPOCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC6, ASF1B, and MCM3. Each is linked with SPOCD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPOCD1-to-partner and partner-to-SPOCD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDC6 grouped by SPOCD1-low versus SPOCD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPOCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPOCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
