SPOCD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPOCD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,642 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPOCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLIPR1, PDLIM7, and FLNA. Each is linked with SPOCD1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPOCD1-to-partner and partner-to-SPOCD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPOCD1 versus GLIPR1 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.95.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPOCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPOCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
