Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPOCD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,650 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPOCD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transposable element silencing by piRNA-mediated heterochromatin formation, Regulation of proteolysis, and Positive regulation of angiogenesis. Each is linked with SPOCD1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPOCD1-to-partner and partner-to-SPOCD1 results are reported.
