Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPNS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,565 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPNS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment or maintenance of microtubule cytoskeleton polarity, Establishment of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity, and Sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with SPNS2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPNS2-to-partner and partner-to-SPNS2 results are reported.
