Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPNS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,136 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPNS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic cell cycle process, Protein localization to microtubule organizing center, and Vacuole organization. Each is linked with SPNS1 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPNS1-to-partner and partner-to-SPNS1 results are reported.
