Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPNS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,327 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPNS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNAB1, PCF11, and VASH1-AS1. Each is linked with SPNS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPNS1-to-partner and partner-to-SPNS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPNS1 versus KCNAB1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPNS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPNS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
