SPNS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPNS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 790 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPNS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P15, OR2B7P, and OR2B3. Each is linked with SPNS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPNS1-to-partner and partner-to-SPNS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS29P15 grouped by SPNS1-low versus SPNS1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPNS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPNS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
