Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPNS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,056 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPNS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lysosome organization, Lytic vacuole organization, and Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane. Each is linked with SPNS1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPNS1-to-partner and partner-to-SPNS1 results are reported.
