Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPIRE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,579 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPIRE2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Formin-nucleated actin cable organization, Formin-nucleated actin cable assembly, and Pre-mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with SPIRE2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPIRE2-to-partner and partner-to-SPIRE2 results are reported.
