SPIRE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPIRE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPIRE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGF23, OR52N4, and CLLU1-AS1. Each is linked with SPIRE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPIRE2-to-partner and partner-to-SPIRE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPIRE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPIRE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
