SPIRE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPIRE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,326 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPIRE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPIRE1_S387, SPCS3, and SPIRE1_S464. Each is linked with SPIRE1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPIRE1-to-partner and partner-to-SPIRE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPIRE1 versus SPIRE1_S387 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPIRE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPIRE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
