Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPIRE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,969 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPIRE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBASH3A, CD19, and C16orf54. Each is linked with SPIRE1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPIRE1-to-partner and partner-to-SPIRE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPIRE1 versus UBASH3A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPIRE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPIRE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
