SPIRE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPIRE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,780 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPIRE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP386, RPL5P19, and RPL12P5. Each is linked with SPIRE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPIRE1-to-partner and partner-to-SPIRE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP386 grouped by SPIRE1-low versus SPIRE1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPIRE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPIRE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
