SPIRE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPIRE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPIRE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A4A, TAFA1, and KRTAP10-2. Each is linked with SPIRE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPIRE1-to-partner and partner-to-SPIRE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MS4A4A grouped by SPIRE1-low versus SPIRE1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPIRE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPIRE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
