SPINT3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPINT3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 182 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPINT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are UTP18, BRIX1, and PRRC2C. Each is linked with SPINT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPINT3-to-partner and partner-to-SPINT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPINT3 versus UTP18 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.67.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPINT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPINT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
