SPINT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPINT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,963 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPINT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAK4, ACTN4, and C19orf33. Each is linked with SPINT2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPINT2-to-partner and partner-to-SPINT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPINT2 versus PAK4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPINT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPINT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
