Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPINT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,218 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPINT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMD8, P4HB, and AKNA. Each is linked with SPINT2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPINT2-to-partner and partner-to-SPINT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPINT2 versus PSMD8 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPINT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPINT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
